PGNiG: Update of information regarding compensation from Price Difference Payment Fund for PGNiG Obrót Detaliczny

Further to Current Report No. 13/2022 of March 7th 2022, The Management Board of Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo S.A. (“PGNiG” or the “Company”) announces that in the period from March 7, 2022 to April 4, 2022, its subsidiary PGNiG Obrót Detaliczny Sp. z o.o. (“PGNiG Obrót Detaliczny") received a total of PLN 2.193bn in tranches of compensation from the Price Difference Payment Fund pursuant to Art. 8.1 of the Act of January 26th 2022 on Special Solutions for the Protection of Gas Fuel Consumers in View of the Situation on the Gas Market (the “Compensation”).
As PGNiG Obrót Detaliczny is among the entities entitled to receive the Compensation.
