Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo SA ("PGNiG") hereby discloses the list of shareholders who had a right to exercise at least 5% of total votes at the Annual General Meeting of PGNiG (“AGM”) on June 22nd 2022, the number of votes held by each of them to their shares, and an indication of their percentage of the number of votes at the AGM and the total number of votes.
