The collective employment agreement

Under Art. 81 par. 1, item 2 of the Law on Public Trading of Securities dated 21 August, 1997 (Official Journal of Bills No 118, item 754 with the later amendments) the Management Board of Polski Koncern Naftowy ORLEN S.A. informs that from September 7th terminated the collective employment agreement (so called ZUZP, Zakladowy Uklad Zbiorowy Pracy) functioning in PKN ORLEN S.A., at the same time stating intention to reach a new one. Two months ago, before appointment of notification about the current collective employment agreement termination, Trade unions acting in PKN ORLEN S..A. received project of new agreement, which will be subject of negotiations in the nearest time.
