PKN ORLEN S.A. and Roland Berger & Partner Ltd. signed an agreement

The Management Board of Polski Koncern Naftowy ORLEN S.A. (‘PKN ORLEN S.A.') hereby announces that PKN ORLEN S.A. and Roland Berger & Partner Ltd. signed an agreement for the latter to undertake work designed to optimise the organisational structure and the management system currently in place in the production field in Plock, Poland. The fee agreed upon is DM 690,000.
