The Anti-Trust Court in Warsaw overturned the 9th February 2000 decision by the OPCC

The Management Board of Polski Koncern Naftowy ORLEN S.A. announces that on 11th October 2000 the Anti-Trust Court in Warsaw overturned the 9th February 2000 decision by the Polish Office for Protection of Competition and Consumers (OPCC) that PKN ORLEN had been guilty of exercising monopolistic practices when setting gasoline and diesel prices. This decision also annuls the penalty of PLN 5 million.
