PKN ORLEN entered into an agreement with BMP Trading GmbH & Co.

Polski Koncern Naftowy ORLEN SA, Central Europe's largest downstream oil company, announces today that on December 6, 2000 Polski Koncern Naftowy ORLEN SA entered into an agreement with BMP Trading GmbH & Co. KG on supply of 2 000 000 tons of Russian R.E.B.C.O crude oil coming in majority from resources of Russian Oil Corporation YUKOS. The transaction estimated at USD 400 000 000 will be utilised throughout 2001.
