Polski Koncern Naftowy ORLEN S.A., Central Europe's largest downstream oil company, announces today that on December 14, 2000 Zaklad Remontow Elektrycznych "PetroEltech" Sp. z o.o (100 % owned by PKN ORLEN S.A.) notified the Company of the sale of 8 225 (eight thousand two hundred and twenty two) shares of PKN ORLEN S.A. At present "PetroEltech" has no shares of PKN ORLEN S.A.
