PKN ORLEN and PETROBALTIC singned an agreement for the supply of "Rozewie" crude oil

Polski Koncern Naftowy ORLEN S.A., Central Europe's largest downstream oil company, announces today that on December 18, 2000 PKN ORLEN S.A. and Przedsiebiorstwo Poszukiwan i Eksploatacji Zloz Ropy i Gazu PETROBALTIC Sp. z o.o , an oil and gas up-stream company, signed an agreement for the supply of "Rozewie" crude oil from B3 field located on Polish shelf of the Baltic Sea. The deliveries of 360 000 tonnes will be realised during 2001. The transaction is worth around USD 82 m and accounts for 2.5 per cent of all supplies planned for PKN ORLEN in 2001.
