PKN ORLEN purchased a 40.6% stake in BHT DROMECH S.A.

Polski Koncern Naftowy ORLEN S.A. ("PKN ORLEN"), Central Europe's largest downstream oil company, has today announced the purchase of a 40.6% stake (of both ordinary shares and votes at the General Assembly of Shareholders) in BHT DROMECH S.A from DROMEX S.A. PKN ORLEN has paid PLN 1.6m for 4,950 (four thousand nine hundred and fifty) shares. The acquisition increases PKN ORLEN's stake in BHT DROMECH to 81.2% (of both ordinary shares and votes at the General Assembly of Shareholders). BHT DROMECH, headquartered in Warsaw, specialises in producing special use vehicles and tankers for transportation of hazardous goods such as gas, fuels, acids and other chemical substances.
