Polski Koncern Naftowy ORLEN S.A., Central Europe’s largest downstream oil company, announces today that on December 20, 2000 PKN ORLEN S.A. was notified of registering in a District Court in Plock a new service company under a name of ORLEN KolTrans Sp. z o.o. The initial capital of a new company equals PLN 38 498 600. PKN ORLEN S.A. owns 100 % stake in this company. ORLEN KolTrans specialises in rail loading and unloading and tankers maintenance.
