M.Mroczkowski appointed for a position of the President of the Management Board of Polkomtel

Polski Koncern Naftowy ORLEN S.A. (“PKN ORLEN”), Central Europe’s largest downstream oil company, announces today that on 31 March 2001 the Supervisory Board of Polkomtel appointed Mr Marek Mroczkowski, a Member of the Supervisory Board, to the position of the President of the Management Board of Polkomtel on the temporary basis.
Mr Marek Mroczkowski is the CFO and Vice-President of the Management Board of PKN ORLEN
