Changes in the Supervisory Board

The Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of PKN ORLEN S.A. accepted the resignation from the Supervisory Board of PKN ORLEN S.A. of the members listed below:
1. Andrzej Bankowski;
2. Janusz Wojcik;
3. Grzegorz Zarebski;
4. Michał Frackowiak.

At the same time new members of The Supervisory Board of PKN ORLEN S.A. were elected:

1. Marek Latacz - the Chairman of the Supervisory Board (MA in Transportation from the Warsaw University of Science and Technology; currently Vice-President of the Privatisation Agency; previously with the Polish Securities and Exchange Commission and the Ministry of Ownership Transformation)

2. Marcin Gizewski - member of the Supervisory Board (graduated from the Management Faculty at the Gdańsk University; currently the President of the Management Board of Greenhouse Capital Management S.A., previously an adviser in a Department of Assets Management TU ALLIANZ Polska S.A. and TU ALLIANZ ŻYCIE Polska S.A.)

3. Aleksander Olas - member of the Supervisory Board (MA from the Silesian University of Science and Technology -Faculty of Mining; currently V-ce President of Węglokoks S.A., formerly as a Vice- President of Gliwicka Spółka Węglowa - Mining Company in Gliwice, also worked at the Silesian University of Science and Technology)

4. Jerzy Idzik - member of the Supervisory Board (Ph.D from the Wroclaw University of Science and Technology - Faculty of Chemical Engineering and Heating Appliances; an Engineer at the Engineering College in Opole; currently a Technical Director at self-owned Centrum Badawczo-Produkcyjne ALCOR).

The new composition of the Supervisory Board of PKN ORLEN S.A. will therefore be as follows, representing individual investors, employees, the National Treasury as well as independent members:
1. Marek Latacz - Chairman of the Supervisory Board of PKN ORLEN S.A.
2. Ludomir Handzel - Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board of PKN ORLEN S.A.
3. Szczepan Targowski - member of the Supervisory Board of PKN ORLEN S.A.
4. Andrzej Herman - member of the Supervisory Board of PKN ORLEN S.A.
5. Kalina Grzeskowiak-Gracz - member of the Supervisory Board of PKN ORLEN S.A.
6. Marcin Gizewski - member of the Supervisory Board of PKN ORLEN S.A.
7. Aleksander Olas - member of the Supervisory Board of PKN ORLEN S.A.
8. Jerzy Idzik - member of the Supervisory Board of PKN ORLEN S.A.
9. Marek Wasowicz - member of the Supervisory Board of PKN ORLEN S.A.

At the same time the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of PKN ORLEN S.A. passed a resolution on changing the remuneration for members of the Supervisory Board. Monthly payment was established at a level of 4.2 times (for the Chairman) and 3.3 times (for the members) the average salary in the sector, excluding profit rewards for Q4 of the previous year announced by the President of the Main Office of Statistics.
