ORLEN's agreement with Naftobazy

Polski Koncern Naftowy ORLEN S.A. (PKN ORLEN), Central Europe’s largest downstream oil company, announces today that on December 26th, 2001 it entered into a three year agreement with Naftobazy Sp. z o.o on co-operation in the area of storage and loading of oil products and special purpose liquids. The transaction is worth around PLN 100m a year.
The newly signed agreement will replace a number of separate agreements between the Parties and will facilitate further co-operation in important for PKN ORLEN S.A. area of storage and logistics.
