Election of the Vice Chairman and Secretary of the Supervisory Board

Current Report as of June 6, 2001 Polski Koncern Naftowy ORLEN Spółka Akcyjna ("PKN ORLEN"), Central Europe's largest downstream oil company, announces today that on June 4th 2001 the Supervisory Board of PKN ORLEN appointed Mr Jerzy Idzik a Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board and Mr Marcin Gizewski a Secretary of the Supervisory Board.
