Change of initial capital of ORLEN KolTrans

PKN ORLEN S.A., Central Europe’s largest downstream oil company, informs that on 7th September 2001 ORLEN KolTrans Sp. z o.o. informed PKN ORLEN that on 10th August 2001 a District Court in Warsaw registered a change in the initial capital of ORLEN KolTrans Sp. z o.o. by PLN 2,360,400. The overall number of votes resulting from all shares after the registration of the initial capital change amounts to 40,859 and PKN ORLEN S.A. owns 100 per cent of its shares. In the accounting records of ORLEN KolTrans Sp. z o.o. the book value of assets raised as a contribution in kind amounts to PLN 35,981,000, while the value of assets raised as a contribution in kind amounts to PLN 35,981,000 ORLEN KolTrans Sp. z o.o. specialises in rail loading and unloading and tankers maintenance.
