The Bank of New York resumes operations

The Bank of New York resumes issuance and cancellation of DRs
Polski Koncern Naftowy ORLEN Spolka Akcyjna ("PKN ORLEN"), Central Europe's largest downstream oil company, informs that today The Bank of New York, the Depositary Bank of PKN ORLEN's Depositary Receipts, informed PKN ORLEN that it resumed business operations, including issuances and cancellations of ADRs and GDRs after closing all GDR markets after the tragic events in New York as reported on 12th September 2001.
