PKN ORLEN strongly denies the media information regarding Company’s alleged improper business practices.

Polski Koncern Naftowy ORLEN Spolka Akcyjna ("PKN ORLEN"), Central Europe's largest downstream oil company, informs following yesterday’s public media information that Minister of Justice - State Prosecutor (Minister Sprawiedliwości - Prokurator Generalny) stated that he has initiated legal proceedings due to alleged improper business practices at PKN ORLEN.

PKN ORLEN strongly denies the yesterday’s media information regarding Company’s alleged improper business practices. We expect that legal proceeding regarding this issue will be completed without any delay and PKN ORLEN will be cleared of imputations very soon.
