Registration of a new entity in ORLEN Group

Polski Koncern Naftowy ORLEN Spolka Akcyjna ("PKN ORLEN"), Central Europe's largest downstream oil company, announces today the registration of a new company - ZAWITAJ Swinoujscie Sp. z o.o. (“ZAWITAJ”) in Sad Rejonowy w Szczecinie, XVII Wydzial Gospodarczy Krajowego Rejestru Sadowego (“District Court in Szczecin”).

PKN ORLEN holds 100 per cent stake in the company. The initial capital of ZAWITAJ equals PLN 530,500 (five hundred and thirty thousand five hundred). The company specialises in tourist services. ZAWITAJ was established as a result of restructuring of PKN ORLEN. Two leisure resorts in Swinoujscie and Mrzezyno were contributed in kind to a newly established company.
