Polski Koncern Naftowy ORLEN Spolka Akcyjna (“PKN ORLEN”), Central Europe’s largest downstream oil company, hereby announces that on February 8, 2002 the Supervisory Board of PKN ORLEN dismissed Mr Andrzej Modrzejewski from the position of CEO & President of the Management Board of PKN ORLEN.
