Initial capital increase in ORLEN Medica

Polski Koncern Naftowy ORLEN S.A. (“PKN ORLEN”), Central Europe’s largest downstream oil company, announces the registration of a change in the initial capital in ORLEN Medica Sp. z o.o. (“ORLEN Medica”). The registration took place in Sad Rejonowy dla miasta Stolecznego Warszawy XXI Wydzial Gospodarczy Krajowego Rejestru Sadowego (“Warsaw District Court”) on May 16th 2002.

The initial capital was increased by PLN 2,246,000 from PLN 11,027,100 to PLN 13,237,000 through contribution of 4,492 shares in Sanatorium Uzdrowiskowe “Krystynka” Sp. z o.o. in Ciechocinek (“Krystynka” Spa). The initial capital of PLN 13,273,000 consists of 26,546 shares with a nominal value of PLN 500 each.

All of these shares are voting shares. PKN ORLEN owns 100 per cent of the total shares. The company specialises in medical services.
