Polski Koncern Naftowy ORLEN S.A. (PKN ORLEN'), Central Europe's largest downstream oil company hereby informs that the following replaces the Draft Resolution for EGM announcement released on 13 August 2002 at 16:17hrs under RNS: 9268Z.

The Oil Storage Products Facility No. 6 is located in Bytom and not Bytow as previously reported.
