Agreement with Rotch Energy

Polski Koncern Naftowy ORLEN S.A. (PKN ORLEN) Central Europe's largest downstream oil company informs that on September 27, 2002 PKN ORLEN and Rotch Energy Limited have entered into the agreement regulating the principles of negotiations aimed at setting up the consortium intending to acquire 75 per cent of shares of Rafineria Gdańska S.A.
