The registration of the initial capital increase in Zawitaj Swinoujscie.
Polski Koncern Naftowy ORLEN S.A. ("PKN ORLEN"), Central Europe's largest downstream oil company, informs of the registration on 11th October 2001 by a District Court in Szczecin (Poland) of the initial capital increase in Zawitaj Swinoujscie Sp. z o.o. ("Zawitaj").
The initial capital of Zawitaj was raised by the issuance of 7,158 shares of par value PLN 500, from PLN 530,500 to PLN 4,109,500. The capital was increased through a contribution-in-kind from PKN ORLEN (book value PLN 5,851,177.37).
PKN ORLEN owns 100 per cent of the total shares in Zawitaj.
