Change in the Supervisory Board of PKN ORLEN

PKN ORLEN, Central Europe’s largest downstream oil company, announces that it has on 14th June received a note informing it that on 11th June 2004 Mr Marian Czakanski resigned from his position as a member of the Supervisory Board of PKN ORLEN.
Mr Marian Czakanski has been appointed to the position of the Ministry of Health.
