Wholesale contract with Orlen PetroCentrum

Regulatory announcement no 1/2006 dated January 4th , 2006

Polski Koncern Naftowy ORLEN S.A. („PKN ORLEN”), Central Europe’s largest downstream oil company, announces that on January 4 2006 two wholesale agreements were concluded with Orlen PetroCentrum Sp. z o.o. for the sale of gasoline and diesel oil for delivery during 2006. Estimate value of the agreements amounts to:
- ca. PLN 1 934 000 000
- ca. PLN 376 000 000
The total value of the two agreements amounts to PLN 2 310 000 000.

PKN ORLEN owns 100% of the shares in Orlen PetroCentrum Sp. z o.o.
