Wholesale contract with Shell Polska Sp. z o.o.

Polski Koncern Naftowy ORLEN S.A. (“PKN ORLEN”), Central Europe’s largest downstream oil company, announces that on January 4, 2006 a wholesale agreement was concluded with Shell Polska Sp. z o.o. for the sale of gasoline and diesel oil with an estimated value of PLN 2 831 000 000 for delivery during 2006.
