Change in the date of publication of the PKN ORLEN financial statement for Q3 2006

Polski Koncern Naftowy ORLEN S.A. (“PKN ORLEN”) Central Europe’s largest downstream oil company, hereby announces that there has been made a change in the PKN ORLEN financial calendar for 2006.

Quarterly report for the third quarter 2006 will be produced on 9 November 2006. The originally announced date of publication of the report for the third quarter 2006 was 10 November 2006.
