(“PKN ORLEN”, “Company”), Central Europe’s largest downstream oil company, announces that it has today received a statement from Mr. Wieslaw Rozlucki, PKN ORLEN Supervisory Board Member, that he has decided not to stand for re-election to the Supervisory Board of PKN ORLEN for a further term of office.
