Break in the Ordinary General Meeting

("PKN ORLEN") announces that the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of PKN ORLEN (“OGM”) on 30 June 2009 has adopted the resolution regarding announcement of break in the Ordinary General Meeting by 15 July 2009, 10.00 a.m. The OGM will be continued in Plock, Dom Technika, 41, Kazimierza Wielkiego Street.
