Change in the date of publication of PKN ORLEN`s financial statement for the first half 2009 and the date of publication of the estimation of selected data of PKN ORLEN for the

Polski Koncern Naftowy ORLEN S.A. (“PKN ORLEN”) announces that there has been a change in the date of publication of PKN ORLEN’s financial results for the first half of 2009. The report will be produced on 31 August 2009.

The previously announced publication date for the first half 2009 report was 27 August 2009.

Half-yearly condensed consolidated financial report and half-yearly condensed financial report of PKN ORLEN will be published as sections within the half-yearly consolidated financial report of PKN ORLEN Group.

The date of publication of the estimation of selected operating data of PKN ORLEN for the second quarter 2009 has also changed. The announcement will be produced on 28 July 2009.

The previously announced publication date of this announcement was 6 August 2009.
