Mrs Grazyna Piotrowska-Oliwa resigned from the position of PKN ORLEN Management Board Member

Polski Koncern Naftowy ORLEN S.A. (“PKN ORLEN”, “Company”), announces that on 7 March 2012 Mrs Grazyna Piotrowska-Oliwa, PKN ORLEN Management Board Member responsible for Sales, resigned from the position of PKN ORLEN Management Board Member, effective from 18 March 2012. The reason for resignation is the fact that Mrs Grazyna Piotrowska-Oliwa has been appointed by the Supervisory Board of Polskie Gornictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo S.A. (“PGNiG”) to the position of the PGNiG President, effective from 19 March 2012.

At the same time the Company’s Management Board informs that for 14 March 2012 a meeting of PKN ORLEN Supervisory Board has been convened with the following point in the agenda: “Appointment of the Member of PKN ORLEN Management Board responsible for Sales”.
