PKN ORLEN Supervisory Board appointed Mr Marek Podstawa to the position of the Member of the Company’s Management Board

Polski Koncern Naftowy ORLEN S.A. (“PKN ORLEN”, “Company”), announces that the Supervisory Board of PKN ORLEN, following its meeting on 14 March 2012, has appointed Mr Marek Podstawa to the position of the Member of PKN ORLEN Management Board responsible for Sales, effective from 19 March 2012. Mr Marek Podstawa has successfully passed the procedure of competition for the Member of the Company’s Management Board responsible for Sales, in the Management Board current term of office.
