Discontinuation of publishing of quarterly estimations of selected financial and operating data for ORLEN Capital Group

Polski Koncern Naftowy ORLEN Spolka Akcyjna ("PKN ORLEN”, “Company") hereby informs about resignation from publishing of regulatory announcements regarding estimations of selected financial and operating data for ORLEN Capital Group (“trading statement”).
The purpose of such reports was to provide to capital market representatives information on estimated results of ORLEN Capital Group in the period between the end of the quarter and publication of the financial statement for this period.
Due to the fact that the Company has speeded up the publishing dates of financial statements, trading statement is no longer significantly play its role.
