Change in the date of publication of PKN ORLEN’s annual financial statements for 2012

Polski Koncern Naftowy ORLEN S.A. (“PKN ORLEN”) announces that there has been a change in the date of publication of PKN ORLEN’s annual financial statements for 2012.

2012 annual statements will be produced as follows:

Consolidated   29 March 2013
Unconsolidated   29 March 2013

The previously announced publication date for the annual statements was 28 March 2013.
