Summary of costs of PKN ORLEN bond issue Programme referred to Series A and B
Polski Koncern Naftowy ORLEN Spolka Akcyjna ("PKN ORLEN") hereby informs about the costs of Series A and B bonds issue. The total costs of the public bond issue programme (“Programme”) are not known yet and not fully paid. There were issued 2 000 000 Series A bonds and 2 000 000 Series B bonds within the Programme. Next series of bonds up to the total amount of PLN 1 bn during the period of 12 months may be issued.
The fixed costs in the amount of PLN ca. 2,5 m, which were incurred for all Programme, referred to costs of preparing of the prospectus including consulting costs.
The costs of preparing and conducting the bonds offer as well as the costs of promoting the bonds offer will be known after conducting of all bonds issued within the Programme. Due to lack of information regarding the total costs of the Programme and the final number of bonds issued within the Programme, the average cost of the offer per bond is it not known to the day of this report.
PKN ORLEN did not incurred the costs of underwriters fees, due to no underwriting agreement was signed by PKN ORLEN in connection with the offers of the bonds.
PKN ORLEN costs related to the bonds offer will be charged to PKN ORLEN operating costs.
The total costs of the bonds issue, the costs of preparing and conducting the bonds offer, the costs of promoting the bonds offer and the average cost of the offer per one offered bond PKN ORLEN will publish in separate regulatory announcement after last issue of bonds conducted within the Programme.
