Registration of PKN ORLEN series B bonds in KDPW

Polski Koncern Naftowy ORLEN Spolka Akcyjna ("PKN ORLEN") hereby informs that on 19 June 2013 the Management Board of the Central Securities Depository of Poland (“KDPW”) has adopted a resolution regarding registration of 2 000 000 series B bonds, with the unit nominal value of PLN 100 on 21 June 2013. The bonds will be registered under the ISIN code PLPKN0000109.
