Admission of PKN ORLEN series A and B bonds to exchange trading

Polski Koncern Naftowy ORLEN Spolka Akcyjna ("PKN ORLEN") hereby informs that on 25 June 2013 the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (“WSE”) has adopted a resolution regarding admission of  2 000 000 series A bonds and 2 000 000 series B bonds to exchange trading on the Catalyst regulated market.
