First day of trading of PKN ORLEN series A and B bonds

Polski Koncern Naftowy ORLEN Spolka Akcyjna ("PKN ORLEN") hereby informs that on 26 June 2013 the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange has adopted a resolution determining the first day of trading of PKN ORLEN series A and B bonds on 28 June 2013.
