Admission of PKN ORLEN series C and D bonds to exchange trading

Polski Koncern Naftowy ORLEN Spolka Akcyjna ("PKN ORLEN") hereby informs that on 4 December 2013 the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (“WSE”) has adopted a resolution regarding admission of  2 000 000 series C bonds and 1 000 000 series D bonds to exchange trading on the Catalyst regulated market, operated by the WSE.
