First day of trading of PKN ORLEN series C and D bonds

Polski Koncern Naftowy ORLEN Spolka Akcyjna ("PKN ORLEN") hereby informs that on 5 December 2013 the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange has adopted a resolution regarding introduction of the bonds to exchange trading, determining the first day of trading of PKN ORLEN series C and D bonds on 9 December 2013.
