Opening of liquidation proceedings for Raf – Bit Sp. z o.o.

Polski Koncern Naftowy ORLEN S.A. ("PKN ORLEN") hereby informs that on 7 January 2014 the motion regarding the opening of the liquidation proceedings for Raf – Bit Sp. z o.o. (“Raf-Bit”) was submitted in the register court in Rzeszów.

The decision regarding the liquidation was made by Rafineria Nafty Jedlicze S.A., as the sole shareholder of Raf-Bit. On 31 December 2013 the Extraordinary General Meeting of Raf-Bit adopted a resolution regarding the dissolution of Raf-Bit  and opening of liquidation on 31 December 2013 as well as appointing of Mr Janusz Kapała as the liquidator of Raf-Bit.

Raf-Bit was established in 2002 as a result of restructuring of Rafineria Nafty Jedlicze S.A. by separating IT organizational area. The purpose of the Raf-Bit was providing of IT services.

PKN ORLEN owns 100% of the registered capital of Rafineria Nafty Jedlicze S.A.
