Extending of the Series F bonds subscription period

Polski Koncern Naftowy ORLEN Spolka Akcyjna ("PKN ORLEN") hereby informs that the subscription period for the Series F bonds has been extended. Due to that fact PKN ORLEN announces amended final terms and conditions of the offer and the final terms and conditions of issue for this series of the bonds. 

The last day of subscription, originally defined in the final terms and conditions of the offer for 22 April 2014, is moved to 9 May 2014.

Unit issue price of the bond, taking into account increasing interest, goes up in the extended order period from PLN 100,19 to PLN 100,41.

The changes to the Final Terms and Conditions of the Offer of Series F Bonds, the changes to the Final Terms and Conditions of Issue of Series F Bonds and the changes to the summary of the prospectus for Series F Bonds in Polish language version are attached hereto regulatory announcement.

The only legally binding document containing information about the offer of the PKN ORLEN bonds is the published Prospectus amended by annexes, available in electronic form on the Company’s website www.orlen.pl in Investor Relations section. The bonds neither constitute bank deposit nor are covered by any deposit guarantee system.
