Admission of PKN ORLEN series E bonds to exchange trading

Polski Koncern Naftowy ORLEN Spolka Akcyjna ("PKN ORLEN") hereby informs that on 23 April 2014 the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (“WSE”) has adopted a resolution regarding admission of  2 000 000 series E bonds to exchange trading on the Catalyst regulated market, operated by the WSE.
