Transactions in PKN ORLEN financial instruments concluded by the person in a close relationship with the member of the PKN ORLEN Supervisory Board

Polski Koncern Naftowy ORLEN Spolka Akcyjna ("PKN ORLEN") hereby informs that today it received a notice regarding purchase and sales transactions in PKN ORLEN financial instruments concluded by the person in a close relationship with the member of the PKN ORLEN Supervisory Board. The total value of transactions exceeded EUR 5 000, based on the average PLN/EUR exchange rates as of the date of concluding the transactions, as stated by the National Bank of Poland.

Person in a close relationship with the member of the PKN ORLEN Supervisory Board, in transactions concluded during common stock exchange session:

• on 30 April 2014 purchased 1 futures contract on PKN ORLEN shares at a price of PLN 4 474,00,
• on 30 April 2014 sold 75 futures contracts on PKN ORLEN shares at an average price of PLN 4 451,29 per contract,
• on 30 April 2014 purchased 25 326 PKN ORLEN shares at an average price of PLN 45,77 per share,
• on 30 April 2014 sold 16 447 PKN ORLEN shares at an average price of PLN 45,80 per share,
• on 2 May 2014 purchased 2 198 PKN ORLEN shares at an average price of PLN 44,97 per share,
• on 2 May 2014 sold 2 198 PKN ORLEN shares at an average price of PLN 44,95 per share.

The transactions were concluded on the regulated market on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
