Opening of liquidation proceedings for RAF – KOLTRANS

Polski Koncern Naftowy ORLEN S.A. ("PKN ORLEN") hereby informs that on 1 June 2014 the Extraordinary Shareholders Meeting of „RAF-KOLTRANS” Sp. z o.o. („RAF-KOLTRANS”) headquartered in Jedlicze, adopted a resolution regarding the dissolution of „RAF-KOLTRANS” on 1 June 2014 as well as appointing of Mr Stanisław Kosiek as the liquidator of „RAF-KOLTRANS”. The motion regarding the opening of the liquidation proceedings for „RAF-KOLTRANS” will be submitted in the register court in Rzeszów.

The purpose of the „RAF-KOLTRANS” was providing of manoeuvres, loading and unloading services on railway siding of Rafineria Nafty Jedlicze S.A.

Rafineria Nafty Jedlicze S.A. is the sole shareholder of „RAF-KOLTRANS”.

PKN ORLEN owns 100% of the registered capital of Rafineria Nafty Jedlicze S.A.
