Transactions in PKN ORLEN financial instruments concluded by the person in a close relationship with the member of the PKN ORLEN Supervisory Board

Polski Koncern Naftowy ORLEN Spolka Akcyjna ("PKN ORLEN") hereby informs that today it received a notice regarding purchase and sales transactions in PKN ORLEN financial instruments concluded by the person in a close relationship with the member of the PKN ORLEN Supervisory Board. The total value of transactions exceeded EUR 5 000, based on the average PLN/EUR exchange rates as of the date of concluding the transactions, as stated by the National Bank of Poland. On 16 June 2014 the person in a close relationship with the member of the PKN ORLEN Supervisory Board:

• purchased 11 futures contracts on PKN ORLEN shares at an average price of PLN 4 064,18 per contract,
• sold 69 futures contracts on PKN ORLEN shares at an average price of PLN 4 051,58 per contract,
• sold 15  futures contracts on PKN ORLEN shares at an average price of PLN 4 085,47 per contract,
• sold 1  futures contract on PKN ORLEN shares at a price of PLN 4 115,00,
  
• purchased 11 067 PKN ORLEN shares at an average price of PLN 40,42 per share and
• sold 11 484 PKN ORLEN shares at an average price of PLN 40,46 per share

in transactions concluded during common stock exchange session. The transactions were concluded on the regulated market on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
