Moody`s Investors Service assigned final credit rating for Eurobonds issued in ORLEN Capital Group

Polski Koncern Naftowy ORLEN S.A. ("PKN ORLEN"), informs that, on 30 June 2014 Moody`s Investors Service (“Moody’s”, “Agency”) assigned final Baa3 rating for Eurobonds issued by ORLEN Capital AB. Eurobonds are guaranteed by PKN ORLEN.

Eurobonds rating is at the same level as PKN ORLEN issuer rating assigned by the Agency Baa3. The outlook on all of the ratings is stable.

PKN ORLEN holds 100% of shares in Orlen Capital AB.
