PKN ORLEN Supervisory Board appointed Mr Igor Ostachowicz to the position of the Member of the Company’s Management Board

Polski Koncern Naftowy ORLEN S.A. (“PKN ORLEN”, “Company”), announces that the Supervisory Board of PKN ORLEN, following its meeting on 24 September 2014, has appointed Mr Igor Ostachowicz to the position of the Member of PKN ORLEN Management Board, effective from 24 September 2014, for the common three year term of office ending on the day of the Ordinary Shareholders Meeting that will approve financial statement for 2016. Mr Igor Ostachowicz was appointed for  Minister of State Treasury request, under § 9 item 1 point 3 of PKN ORLEN Articles of Association.
