(“PKN ORLEN”), announces that on 26 September 2014 Mr Igor Ostachowicz, PKN ORLEN Management Board Member, resigned from the position of PKN ORLEN Management Board Member, effective as of today, giving as a reason the concern for the interest of the public company PKN ORLEN SA in connection with the controversy that caused this nomination.
