Opening of liquidation proceedings for EkoNaft sp. z o.o.

Polski Koncern Naftowy ORLEN S.A. ("PKN ORLEN") hereby informs that on 1 June 2015 the Extraordinary Shareholders Meeting of EkoNaft sp. z o.o. (“EkoNaft”) headquartered in Trzebinia, adopted a resolution regarding the dissolution of EkoNaft with effect on 1 June 2015 as well as appointing of Mr Rafal Zaborski as the liquidator of EkoNaft. The motion regarding the opening of the liquidation proceedings for EkoNaft will be submitted in the register court in Krakow.

The purpose of EkoNaft were environmental services including, among others, industrial installations cleaning, waste transport and remove of contaminants as well as laboratory services. As a part of restructuring of ORLEN Capital Group, two organised parts of the enterprise of EkoNaft were sold in 2014 and from this moment EkoNaft does not conduct its core business.

ORLEN Poludnie S.A. owns 100% of the registered capital of EkoNaft. PKN ORLEN owns 100% shares in the the registered capital of ORLEN Poludnie S.A.
